How did we get your data?

We have received them from you during the conclusion of the contract or during the offer talks and valuations.

What are the purpose and legal basis for the processing of your personal data by Axteon Sp. z o.o.?

We process your personal data because it is necessary to perform the contract, which we have concluded with you in the sale of services and solutions, including:

  • performance of the services described in the contract
  • handling requests

We also process your data for tax and accounting purposes because it requires legal provisions from us.

We process your data also due to the legitimate interest of Axteon Sp. z o.o., which consists, for example, of:

  • sending e-mails, faxes, text messages, making phone calls
  • debt collection, mediation and court proceedings
  • keeping statistics

If the basis for the processing of your personal data is your consent to the processing of personal data, you can withdraw it at any time by sending an appropriate request to the address of Axteon sp z o.o.

Do you have to provide us with your personal details?

However, it is not necessary, if you prefer to make a contract with us, you must provide us with information such as company name, address, telephone number, e-mail address, tax identification number, contact person.

If for some reason you do not provide this personal data, unfortunately, we will not be able to conclude a contract with you. Our legal provisions may also require you to provide other data necessary for accounting and tax purposes, etc. Excluding these cases, your incidence is voluntary.

What are your rights to Axteon Sp. o.o. when it comes to data processing?

We guarantee the fulfillment of all your rights under the General Data Protection Regulation, i.e. rectification, deletion, limitation of processing, right to object to the processing, and the right to data transfer. The right to delete personal data, limit their processing or the right to object to the processing of personal data may be implemented in the cases specified in the relevant provisions of the General Data Protection Regulation; in particular - it does not apply to obligations that have been legally concluded due to legal requirements related to pursuing claims and tax regulations.

You have the right to withdraw your consent at any time to the processing of data, however, this withdrawal does not affect the lawfulness of the processing, which was made based on consent before its withdrawal

Who Axteon Sp. z o.o. share your personal data?

Your data is stored for the duration of the contract, and after its completion, so that:

  • perform contracts concluded with you for the duration of their validity,
  • perform duties that result from legal regulations, those resulting from accounting and tax regulations as well as provisions on counteracting money laundering and financing of terrorism
  • assert claims in connection with the performance of the contract, but no longer than until the day of limitation of claims under the contract.

For marketing purposes, your data is kept for the duration of the contract or until the objection is raised.

Is your data being transferred to third countries or outside the EEA?

No, your data is not transferred to third countries and outside the EEA or other international organizations.

Do we process personal data in an automated way, including through profiling?

Your personal data will be processed in an automated manner, without using profiling.
